Hey.

I'm taking Derek's advice and going to write down everything I eat. I hate the measuring and weighing of everything.
But I need to give it a try to see what is going on.

So do you have any recommendations for on-line sites?

Thanks
Cindy

Hi Cindy,

For about a year, I used fitday.com and loved it. They also have a fitness log if you want to track your exercise. I too hate the measuring and weighing, but I found it quite easy and interesting to do with the fitday food log.

Good luck!

Hi Cindy!
I'm glad your taking in the initiative of starting your food journal. I never really thought I could stick to the online versions myself. I was just easier for me to create a template in Excel or Word and print out a weekly or daily plan but of the ones I did try online SparkPeople was definitely the best. Many colleagues at work use it and one of them has been using it for the past 4 years.

Good on you for making a change for the better!

You will see results in no time!

Derek
