The start of the liquid diet...

Well here you are...almost Feb.10 so you will be starting your liquid diet tomorrow. Good luck to you and you must let us know what your "last"meal consisted of tonight...lol

I was just wondering exactly how expensive is the Optifast?

Hi Ada,
The OptiFast is 50$ a box and you need 2 boxes per week for a total of 100$ per week. I have to do it for 4 weeks so it would have been 400$ plus taxes. I paid 250$ for the stuff I got so I'll be saving 200$ in all.

Did the price go up? I paid $50 per week for it.  For 4 weeks I paid $200.

I wonder if your stuff tastes any better...

She told me it was 50$ per box and that I would need 8 boxes.

The chocolate is better than I thought it would taste. I just hope the weight comes off like it does with OptiFast.

I stopped thinking about it as much half way through the first week. I got into a routine with it.

I already can't wait to be there! 

I mpaid $195.00 for 2 week supply I picked up last week.  There might be tax  with it who knows. I must check my bill.    Doris  QC.
