Monday Weigh-In!!!

I just had my meniscus and ligament repair last wenesday, feb 2 just 1 year after my vsg! Bowflex are excellent equipment let me know how you'll like it. We bought a hoist mix gym so we can do fonctionnal and machine exercises. We had a good deal on a demo, we also get the leg press with it... Think I'll have to wait to try it!
Hubby weighted today and lost 2 pounds... He worked all weekend installing floor in the basement, i think that's what broke the stall... Exercises, we can't do it without them!

I'm supposed to get the Bowflex today! I'll let you know how we like it. I'm happy your hubby is off his little stall. I'm sure the more he'll lost the more he'll be active. It's just a matter of time until he trusts his new tool.

Hello everybody  I heard from Martine today.  Everything is in order.  Received all my instructions but they are only in French.  I can read some of it.  I need to have them translated so I get the whole message.  She did explain it to me but I really like to see it on paper so I can review it now and then. Hi Kent,
Welcome to the board! I waited a little less than 2 years. April 28th 2009 to March 10th 2011. Some surgeries are quicker but it all depends on your criteria when you meet the surgeon. I've seen some go in faster then others.

If your thinking about surgery, my sugeestion is to call a bunch of places and get some consult dates. The quicker you do that, the less waiting you do. I waited over 6 months before finally calling. I still regret it.
