Yeah it's definitely fun that things are moving along! I can't wait. When do you start your OptiFast and did you have to drive to Montreal to pick it up?

They are sending the instructions to my house so I won't know till Sunday when I go home.  Wow things are moving. I have to get them to forward my results as soon as possible.  I forgot to ask if they will let me get the opti-fast from the civic. Will keep you all posted.  Derek did you check out the Gastric plicature it is very interesting.  Let me know what you think.  I would appreciate any feed back.  Doris  QC.

I can't wait for the day that we're all sitting on the "LOSERS" bench thinking back at this exact time when we are on the outside looking in.

As for the Vlog, I've always wanted to do one and have talked about it and I think I will start one on Day 1 of OptiFast and blog on a weekly basis.

Congratulations!!! The wait is finally over for you!!! You must feel an incredible amount of stress gone from your shoulders knowing that on March 10th you will be starting this amazing new chapter in your life.

I read on another site something that will forever remain in my mind..." when I was big my life was incredibly small...now that I am small...wow...life is so big"  I'm wishing for you a super-big life and to live it to the fullest!!!

Good luck to you and I soooooooo hope that my life will be getting "bigger" very soon too and I will join you on that so beautiful losers bench.

Now you have no choice but to keep us posted on absolutely everything that goes on...we have the same surgeon so you gotta spill all!!! lol

Thanks soooooooo much for all the support! Now that I'm going to the table, that means that there's 1 less person in front of you and Kessey. I will be starting OptiFast on February 10th so I have to go and get my supply soon! 

You know I will always keep you guys up to date on everything I do. That's just who I am. I love you all!

Yaiii Derek! That's amazing! And don't you worry about the Optifast, it's really not that bad - I should know I've done for 12 weeks... and a year later for another 6 weeks... so you'll be just fine!

Thanks for the support Monica. When you told me about the OptiFast at the supper last time we met it reassured me and now I know I can do it. The first couple of days will be hard but I will break through and complete it with ease (crosses fingers)!

I know the whole jealousy part as I went through it too during my 2 years but all I can say is that it's totally normal and it just shows you how to be a stronger person in the end and it is totally worth the wait for the feeling I have right now! 

Have I said how EXCITED I am? SOOOOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!

OMG, I've been away from the forum for a few weeks, and now, came back and see you've got your date!!! That's great news! I am soooo happy for you!  The wait is finally over for you, you will be starting your new life soon! You've been with us for our journey, and we'll be with you for yours... I feel like we were waiting with you and I am keeping you a nice warm place on the bench! Hope everyone on the waiting list will have good news soon! Keep us posted on your pre-op!

I do have my date! You shouldn't leave us so long. We were starting to get worried about you! Thanks for the kind words and support. I will most definitely keep you up to date on my pre-op. A video blog will be up on February 10th as it will be the first day of my liquids!!! I will let you all know how it goes when I get an account set up and all.
