6 months surgeversary

Hello !!!

Today is 6 months after my surgery. What a six months it's been. So many changes at home and on my body.  I have lost 100 lbs !!!! That's

I saw my surgeon last week to for my 6 month appointment and he is very happy with the results so far. He said 30% of people who start off with a higher BMI like I did need the bypass, but that if things continue I will not need it. They aim for 50% of excess weight to be lost in one year. And I was already at about 45% after 6 months.

I added a few pictures. I need to find some before ones. But like many people I didn't have my picture taken very often since I hated the way I looked in them.

Hey Cindy! I can't believe I didn't see this sooner! Congrats on your 6 month surgeversary. It's an amazing accomplishment to have lost 100 pounds in just 6 months and you should be very proud of yourself. Keep up the amazing work Cindy. You goal is just around the corner.
