As I can see, you really like your squash Sarah. I'm not a big squash lover but they do sound amazingly good. I'm going to have to try these poppers you talk of. They sound delicious. I'll let you know how I like them.

 Sure!  the website is http://pouchparty.blogspot.com/

On that site, they had a cooking party that I thought may be an AWESOME idea for those interested.  We can have a themed dinner party where we all bring stuff to make a favorite recipe... we can hold them once a month-  or once every two months,  would anyone be interested?  For instance, one month it can be Italian, the next Asian, etc...

Hi guys!
I think the OH site is acting a little wacky today as I  have been trying to reply to each individual and my posts are coming up all at the end so I will just conclude my congratulations on this one post to avoid having numerous posts all in line from me.

Joel: Great job on the good food choices and maintenance. My body hasn't yet decided what weight it wants to be at so I am up and down from week to week. LOL. I am fine with it.

Diane: I am so happy for you. You've reached not only a weight loss goal but also a psychological ahievement! You are an amazing women and such an inspiration.  I know you have finally conquored some major fears. You can do this and you are doing everything right to reach your next goal. We've come such a long way my friend. Big Hugs and kisses.

Nathalie: what an accomplishment.....you'll soon reach your goal. Keep up with your efforts!

Derek: Keep on trekking my friend. Your attitude and perseverence is moving and will assure you your success post op!

I hope I didn't forget anyone....

I had an up and down week.....last week I was down 3lbs and on Monday I gained them back. So I am back up at 154. I didn't take as much protein shakes last week as I was travelling and staying in hotels. We'll see what happens this week.... Overall I am becoming more and more comfortable with maintenance.

You are all my heros!! I'm telling you, evertime if I'm feeling a bit down all I need to do is come here and "bam" I'm feeling better. I smiled through reading this whole post and I want to tell you all how proud I am !!!

Diane wowwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!! You are at goal.It seems like just yesterday that you went for your surgery.
I seem to be feeling like you felt in the beginning I am feeling now. I can't see myself anywhere close to what you and everyone else is achieving. I'm usually so positive but I just can't "see" it.

Again congrats to all of you!! You guys really rock!!

Hugs,
Ada

 Ada,
I just NOW changed my goal weight because even though I am in the middle of losing the weight I still didn't see it.  I force myself to see me losing it all!  I had an aunt send me another before picture-  Simon nearly dropped his jaw on the floor when he saw it.  He just can't believe how far I've come.  I weighed myself today and I am down to 313.2....  which is scary because I keep expecting to step on the scale and all the weight in the last week will come rushing back on.  Esp. since its been so long since I have had a week with a loss like this.

In due time we will be cheering you on near your goal as well!!!  You just wait and see!!!  what you will accomplish will be awesome!!
