FGF - Feel Good Friday

Hi everyone,

My Feel good thing this week is my clothes are shrinking....
I can now wear a size 20 jeans YAHOOO... I can't remember the last time I wore such as small pair of pants.
I used to a size 30 - 32 and sometimes they were too tight.

Any other feel good fridays???

I will be partying with 5 year olds and walking in a Remembrance Day Parade.

Wow congrats Cindy on this major accomplishment.

The only Feel Good Moment I have today is that I'm off on the weekend and I get to relax with my girlfriend.

Just wanted to congratulate Cindy on her FGF . Isn't just such a great feeling.  Wait and see Cindy, it gets even better...

My FGF is that I went to a wonderful retirement party for a friend and saw people that hadn't seen me since surgery so I got lot's of beautiful compliments....a too much for my comfort zone to be honest (but I am working on that) !

My FGF moment came actually today (saturday)  I walked for 5 hours straight!!  without being completely tired and ready to give up!!!  I have never been able to walk so much without the pain!  Wondering what all the exercise this week will look like on the scale on Monday...
