Diane that pic is really cool!!! Fantastic and somewhat surreal I would think. Like you said you never realized you were that big before. So I wanted to get rid of all my clothes, but now I will keep a choice few for just this type of pic.

Nathalie, I applaud your amazing week!!!
Fantastic and keep it up you are doing fabulously!!!

Hey Derek...how's it going with you? Hope you are doing well.

Ciao,

Diane that is amazing!!!
And another great week for you. You rock that sleeve!

I wish I had kept some jeans too now. Well I'll keep the biggest ones I have left now.

I feel Sarah's pain I'm on a stall too. Depending on where I put the scale I lost 0.5 lbs or none.
So I'm going to take the 0.5 lost and say I now weight 263.0

I know my biggest problem is the nuts, I can't seem to get it under control. I bought them for a protein snack but man they are high in calories when you eat them by the handfull.

Have a great week everyone!

Hi guys, my monday weigh in are becoming harder and harder to achieve lately. Nothing much to brag about. I put on 1 lb. This maintenance thing is tough and makes me realize that my psychological process is still not complete. I still get anxiety with weight gain even if it is one pound. God I hope I don't become one of these obessive wl people. You will all have to tell me if I do ok?
Diane, you look awesome and so beautiful. I asked my boyfriend to do the same picture but I don't think I quite fit in one leg. It will be fun all the same.
Cindy, hang in there. If you are losing weight, even if it is .5lbs it isn't a plateau. A plateau is when you stop losing weight for more than three weeks so this is a bump in the road! You will achieve your goal that I am sure of. I loss really slowly and I got there.
Nathalie, how exciting for you. Start putting a few dollars aside every week as you'll be forever buying clothes. If you have a good second hand store near by I would definately shop there. Since June I have dropped three sizes! Somethings I had bought for fall and I didn't even get to wear them. They are so big I can't even alter them. So just by for the now and don't buy too much as your body changes very quickly.
Have a good week everyone. Has anyone heard from Sarah? Did she make it home?

Hi everybody!

For me It's a monday morning weigh-in ...and thursday report! I've lost 1.6 lbs. That's not bad considering I'm trying to at regular food. But, in the back of my mind, the "10 pounds rebound" scares me a bit...

Diane, Nathalie and Cindy: Congrats for your respective losses. And what about Diane's pic!!! Flabergasting!

Brenda: Relatively speaking, 1 pound is a ridiculous gain, considering where you're coming from...Nothing to be discouraged about...You're doing great!

Derek: You're doing a great job, Hang on to your plan!
