monday weigh-in...

Hello dear OH friends, feeling really cold and all my joints are aching in this gray monday morning... nothing as before, but even if the surgery made me feel younger in many ways, I still got my old joints!! 

Back to work today, after a week vacation ( well, a week of cleaning and paperwork...)
Lost another 3 lbs this week!

I realized that in one pound I will have lost half of myself!! ( I was 320 at my heaviest!) That is hard to imagine...
I had to do that picture, that I often saw and never believed it was possible for me... Those were my before jeans, and they were thight... and they are not stretchy!

That is an absolutely awesome pic!!!  I wish I had kept some of my old clothes but I got rid of them all! 

That is amazing success to have lost 1/2 of yourself in such a short time!!

Thanks Michele, I kept a few piece of clothing, just so I will never forget where I was before... I can't believe I wore those pants, never saw myself this big... but I was... I often look at those kind of pics in magazine, when they want to sell some weigh loss miracle pill... always though they were fake! but this one is real!

OMG Diane that is amazing! We only met for the first time about a month ago and even though you looked small then you look even tinnier in this picture. I have the perfect "fat" pants to take a picture like this when I'm smaller. Losing another 3 pounds this week is amazing. All that cleaning really got your body going! Good job and keep it up.

What's your goal weight by the way? 

Thanks Derek! My doctor never discussed a goal weight, he said that having a BMI in " overweight" range is considered like a success for surgery...  I choose a weight of 150 as my goal, as it is a BMI of 23 for my height ( 5' 7") .  When I was younger, going to weigh****cher, they always told me that my ideal weight was 145... Don't know if I will go that low because I am already starting to feel some uncomfortable bones when I sit down!

I had a great week too, I lost 3.5 lbs. 

I am starting to experience something great.... all my clothes are too big for me.

Yeaaaah for you, another 3,5 lbs gone forever!!! Welcome to the world of buying new clothes regularly... expensive, but how exciting!!!  Isn't that a great feeling! Congrats... And don't forget to keep a piece of clothing, it is amazing when we look at those after a while...
