Wel I went to see the Disney on Ice show with my 7 year old daughter this weekend at the Bell Center.

Last time I went there about 2 years ago to see a concert, my butt didn't fit at all in the seats. I felt like I was sitting on my friend at the time.  Well this time my butt almost fit !! It's a good thing it was my daughter beside me, but it was much better. I didn't have to squeeze in.. But I don't know how tall people do it. My legs were righ up on the seat in front of me, very little space.

Wow, congrats Cindy !!! Sometimes the scale does not go like we want, but the body is catching up, and the nsv are there to remind us of that we are on the right track!

You are doing great!

What a wonderful achievement! Even when the scale is slow to move our body is forever changing....only more 'wows' to come Cindy.
