Going to visit the NUT on Thursday!!!

Hey Diane! Thanks for the encouragement! So why is your husband going to see the Nurse? What is she going to do or tell him?

He will have his blood tests and see the nurse after, I think it is to explain the surgery and check if everything is ok. That's what they did for me, i saw the nurse in december , had the nut meeting in january and had surgery in feb. Is it the group meeting that you go to or a private consult with the nut?? It seems that they don't always do the things in the same order...

I was thinking of you when I got the call. My call means your surgery is getting closer too. It's been a little over a year now and your call should be coming. Hopefully that call will come before 2011. That would be awesome! 

I can't wait to visit the nut.

I'm not sure what to expect but all I know is that my surgery is coming! 

 I'm not sure what the NUT meeting is... but judging from everyone's responses its a GOOD thing!!!  You  must tell us how it goes and when your day is... I will try my hardest to visit after your surgery!!!

Hey Sarah! Thanks for the excitement. I need all the energy I can today. I'm soooooo tires. I finished playing hockey a 1am last night. The NUT is the Nutritionist. She's the one who will inform me of what I should take food wise before, during and after. I can't wait!

I will be going alone to see the NUT as my girlfriend is working that night. I could ask for someone to join me but I feel very comfortable going alone.
