visit with the surgeon.

Back for the surgeon's office. He was very please with the success I am having. Talked quite a bit with my maintenance fears and he basically reframed my concerned and said that with the amount of weifghtloss and the way I seemed to be effecting changes. I should not have any problem maintaining. He mentionned not too worry to much on the loss right now as a ten pound regain is an often side effect. So we agreed to focus on staying on this weight and have faith in the changes I have started.
Good news I would say, blood work is great.

Yes it was reassuring. I guess I am realizing how isolated I am in this journey and thankful for all of your support. I am having so much fun this week with my friend, her kids 5 and 3 and taking in some wonderful activities. I am off to the opera tomorrow night and to the botanical gardens. Of course my credit card is getting abused . Have a safe trip in.

As Joel said it's great to hear from your surgeon that all is well and he has faith in you and the surgery that you will have no problem in maintaining your weight loss. You have made an epic journey in your weight loss. You have also gotten to know yourself a little better I think... :)
