Loosing my hair
Well I'm loosing my hair more and more I find. It's really starting to thin out and I find it everywhere.
I don't know what to do about it. Anyone have any suggestions?
I cut it shorter so it would be less obvious, but Martine at Sacre-Coeur told me just to make sure I get my vitamins and proteins. I try to get as much protein as possible I think most days I make the 80g a day mark. But it's still coming out in clumps.

I started losing my hair at the 4 months mark, and it was very scary, had a big handful everytime I washed my hair, or brushed it. It lasted about two months, my hair has really thinned out, but now it has stopped, and it 's starting to grow back now ( have a lot of little hairs!). I didn't do anything else than being sure I get all my proteins in. The doctor told me nothing more could help.
So don't despair... it is a bad time but it will pass...
By the way, congrats on your loss this week!

Hi!
Patience is key...and proteins are a necessity!
According to what I read/heard, natural supplements or shampoos offered by some hair salons just don't work...And I never heard about anyone becoming bald after bariatric surgery ;-)
Keep up the good work!

Hey there! My two friends said it all but I just wanted to cheer you on during this phase of your journey. It is scarey to lose hair. It will last several months and it does get better. So don't despair.
Cheers!

I understand totally with this. I am also losing quite a bit of hair. I have lots of shorter ones that are growing in- so I look spikey unless it is molded with hairspray. It is really scarey- but I am just hoping my body evens back out and it stops soon. I knew it would happen, I was just hoping it wouldn't.
I use head bands and barrettes to help hold down the unmanageable parts. I used to have too thick of hair, now... sigh.
