Time for the weekly weigh-in!

I had a great week end, saturday I found baby squirrels (2) in my backyard that seemed to have fallen of the nest...They were so cute...I took care of them all day, put them in a box with ho****er bottle and a little baby blanket, then after supper, the mother came back and took them back in the nest! Happy ending !

Sunday was family visit day, seeing old aunts and cousins we didn't see in a long time.

With all that, and the cool weather, I am now beginning a cold... and
weight-wise, not too good, ate a lot in restaurant, and this and that to please aunties...

LW 185 CW 185  so 0 net this week...

I am seeing my doctor friday, was supposed to see him on the 13 th, but he changed my appointment... I was aiming at 180 for this visit, but with 3 days less and being 185 today, I don't think I'll reach it... But anyway, he should be happy with my weight loss, last time I saw him was 3 1/2 month ago and I lost 47 lbs since then...

Have a nice week, the hot weather seems to be over now...

((hugs))

Hi Diane,

Don't despair, you're not alone (9 views, 0 replies)...I just forgot to weigh myself before breakfast. I'll do it tomorrow morning.

BTW, your doctor has to be happy with your loss, no question about that!

Have a nice day!

Joel

I had a relaxing weekend. Didn't do too much. Since my ex had the kids this weekend.
Started to get ready for my daughters 7th b-day party. She want's a sleepover party with 3 little girls. Oh BOY crazy night ahead next weekend....

LW 277 CW 275 lost 2 pounds

Started exercising a little more this week too. Now my legs are killing me. But it's all worth it.
I would love to find a cheap tread mill or exercise bike to be able to do more at home.

Good luck Diane at the doctors, I'm sure he will be very happy with the loss. You are doing a great job.

Have a great week everyone
Cindy

Hi!

Maybe I should have skipped this week weigh-in...I've gained 0.2lbs(!) and didn't do anything different than the week before (during wich I lost 3lbs)

Am I stabilizing or ar scales playing with my mind again??? I'll continue eating right and exercising and wait to see what happens...

Joel, when you start exercising, you are making more muscles, and they are heavier than fat, so that could explain the weight... And 0,2 lbs is so small...Continue your good habits!

You're probably right Diane...

My training program is working out great. Cardio becomes easier  and  easier, weights are going up slowly but surely . My lower abs are waking up; I now have a funny feeling of wearing a wide but comfortable belt (girdle?) 24/7, and sitting in a chair is much more pleasant. I'm definitely getting hooked on the post-gym endorphin rush...

Getting surgery was definitely a good move!

Hi gang!Iguess from reading this post,it has been a slow week. I figure too drastic of a change of weather. I actually wore my first official tights today along with a short trench coat! Well I gained back the one I lost last week so I still at goal! Joel I was so hoping to see you achieve your goal. Diane, I think you are so hard on yourself. I went through these 'adjustment' weighlosses and then I would lose a couple more the following week.
I had a hell of a week back. Nine crisis's were waiting on me Monday morning. I worked thirteen hours my first day back and I was totally exhausted from helping others. Then on Friday, it was another crazy day. Tuesday didn't not go well either. This morning I was so psychologically drained that I stayed home and went for a long walk to clear my thoughts. Went to work for 1 feeling refreshed and ready to take on more challenges.
I hope all of you have a great week!

Sorry Brenda you had a frantic week, but you managed to stay on track and maintain your weight!
When I have that kind of week, I often am too tired to cook, and eat restaurant or some easy things that are not always nutritious. That is one of my major problem... Maybe you are right saying I am too hard on myself, but I am a perfectionnist, and I am trying to change that all or nothing thinking, but easier said than done!!

Have a nice, calmer week!  ( and weekend, it is coming fast now!)

Ouppps Cindy, I forgot to mention how great your loss is this week. You are exactly where you needed to be at this stage of your journey. Congrats on another successful week.
