Monday weigh-in ...
Hi everyone, hope you enjoyed the nice weekend! I went to a party saturday and nobody recognized me, they were not saying anything, thinking my husband had a new girlfriend!!!LOL I am very proud of what I accomplished so far!
Friends are beginning to say that I am just ok like that and that I should stop losing, but I want to reach a healthy BMI... It's fun when they say you lok good, but I find it annoying that they are telling me to stop losing... Why should I stop when I am not at a normal BMI... I don't want to be too skinny, but I want to be as healthy as I can be!
I had another good lost this week!
LW 188,5 CW 185 lost 3,5 lbs
Hope everything is well for you,
have a nice summer week ( it is supposed to be very hot this week!)
((hugs))
Diane

Hi!
What a nice weekend! Gym training is beginning to pay off. I lost 3.4lbs in the last 7 days and my lower abs are waking up. I feel younger everyday (that said by a guy who bought his first pair of reading glasses last thursday!!!)
Diane: Be proud of your accomplishments, Nice going!

Hi gang, well for me it was back to work after a long vacation and what a wake-up call I got today. I went in at 8 and left at 7pm and had no lunch hour.Thank god I keep protein at the office. It saved me today. It was crazy crazy crazy....My head is aching from all the counseling and listening I did today. My week is already booked. Ah well back to reality!
Renos started this morning on the house so when I got home I noticed my beautiful new windows .
Going back to work was also an event as people are noticing more and more and commenting more and more. Although I appreciate the support I am not still used to all of this attention. It was overwhelming today. I am glad it is over. I guess being away for three weeks made a difference. Everyone said I lost so much weight but I have only lost about ten pounds (oh god, sorry newbies and people on the wait list...I know that sounds so petty) I guess my body is still changing so much and also the fact that I have now more fitting clothes; it may have made a difference. It was just an overwhelming day....
So here are my stats for the last two weeks -1lb. LW 165 CW 164lb
I have decided to give myself a ten pound leeway in case of regain so I am trying to maintain but if I lose five more pounds it is ok with me. I will still be in the normal BMI weight.
Diane, what a wonderful last few weeks you are having....go girl. The routine is really paying off.
Joel, you are edging onederland.....how exciting. Very happy for you.You are both putting me to shame with your gym workouts. I am just not ready to move my routine inside just yet
Have a great week everyone!
