So I finally had a meeting with the nutriotionist at Sacre-Coeur yesterday.
Turns out I'm not doing too badly, but she had some suggestions.

First I need more protein. She said aim for at least 20gr per meal and 5-10 min per snack. So about 80 gr a day. That's hard especially at breakfast to get 20gr.

Also need to eat earlier in the morning. You should eat within the first hour of being awake. I was waiting until i got to work to eat.
She suggested the Kashi brand of cereal and bars. And mentioned the greek yogourt by Liberte.

I lost 21% of my body weight so far. Not too bad.

All in all not too bad. Just need more protein, but I can't stand those powders.

Congrats Cindy, 21 % of your body weight already!!  You are doing a great job... I could never get 80 g of proteins with food only, that's why I am almost always having a protein shake in the morning.
Did you tried the premier ready to drink chocolate shakes at Costco? They don't have that powder taste and they taste almost like real chocolate milk. And they have 30 g of protein each. Now that I bought some Da Vinci syrups, I can take some powders, and mix with syrup to change the flavour... I had to try many shakes before finding some I like... Since I am always rushed in the morning, I don't have time to drink to take my pills, and eating after, so with a shake I do both at the same time!

When I don't take shakes in the morning, I eat kashi cereals. I sometime add beneprotein in them.

I also use greek yogurt with a little mayo to make a dip for vegetables, or use it instead of sour cream in recipes. More proteins, less fat.

Congrats on your great results, and your good nutrition! Way to go girl!!
