L: 1c chicken broth, yogourt

D: Cream of mushroom soup (strained) with Beneprotein
S: ice cream maybe?
I realllllly can't wait to eat "real" food again - heck, I'm even counting down the days til June 23rd when I can add cottage cheese!!

L-Hospital food...yuck, sheppard's pie with greenbeans, hardly any meat so definately a protein drink for the afternoon snack

Su: roast chicken with bbq sauce, 1 baby potato and cauliflower
Sn: greek yogourt with blueberries and Da Vinci blueberry syrup
water 4 cups til now
vits: calcium at noon, multi and B at supper
exercises : 1 hr of gym after work ( didn't go yesterday)
