Tuesday, what are we eating?

Today is a cool and rainy day, I don't like that, even if it was really needed for the fires and our lawns... This weather makes me ache like a 90 yo woman!!
B: protein shake ( whey gourmet oreo, really good, from GNC store) with benefiber ( double dose needed !!!)
Sn none
L I'm on the go today, so I'll eat 3/4 of a detour protein bar ( from costco)
Sn: the rest of the bar and a peach
Su: roast chicken with veggies

water... always a problem, try to drink at least 6 cups today...
vit: potassium this morning with probiotique,omega 3 and nutricap
     calcium at noon
     vit B and multi at supper ( if I think of it!)
exer****s: 60 min at the gym tonight.

Good on you for getting this started Diane.

Here it is for me.

B: Coffee with Vanilla cream and a small Babybell
Sn: None
L: Salmon florentine with rice and pasta salad
Sn: None
Su: Roasted chicken in a home made mushroom sauce with Asperagus and a salad

I'm hoping to drink at least 2 litres of water before I head home tonight. I'm also hoping that I don't snack on anything after supper. I hope I can stick to it.

Hey everyone!

Here's my ultra fascinating and oh-so-yummy menu for today :

B: 1/2 c apple juice, 1/2c yogourt with beneprotein (ick)
S: protein shake
L: 1/2c beef broth
S: yogurt
D: 1/2c carrot soup
S: protein shake

I'm supposed to be getting 6-10 servings in a day .. it's kinda hard.

I have the BIGGEST craving today for tzaziki ... how odd is that??

Tomorrow a new stage. YAY I get to eat more mush... but at least I can have mashed potatoes. yum

Today
B: 1/4 cup of oatmeal
S: none
L: 1/2 cup chicken cup a soup
S:1/2 cup of apple sauce
D: 4 Soda Crackers and high protein yogourt

Can't wait for poached fish tomorrow.

Well for me it is a 'leftovers' type of day

B-nothing as I was fasting for mega bloodwork
Sn- yogurt
L-bbq roast chicken with roasted veggies
Sn-Soya protein with diluted orange juice
S-Roasted Herb chicken with roasted veggies
Sn-almonds, nectarine
vitamins and minerals. Low on water intake today.

Cindy, Fish sounds great for tommorrow. Thanks for the idea.
