What are you eating today? saturday...
Ok, here is what I ate yesterday
Breakfast:: premier chocolate shake (costco) with 3 teaspoons of benefibers
Snack: minibabybel light
Lunch: Mc Mini grilled thai chicken, just the chicken ( was shopping...)
Snack: none
Supper: 1/2 home made cheeseburger with all the fixin's( and ate the bread for the first time)
Snack: popcorn about 1/2 cup ( went to the movies...)
Today not very hungry...

L: about 2 tbsp of mexican ground beef ( ground beef with salsa and cheese)
Sn: 10 cherries
S: 1/4 chicken club sandwich, with some bites of the bread, but most of the chicken and 3 bites of my husband's poutine...(mostly the cheese!) ( we add friends coming at the last minutes, so we ordered...)
Sn: 1 inch X 2 inch cold tomato pizza ( I shouldn't have, get that full feeling, like a ball in the stomach...)
I try to think about my vits, but I often forget... Try to take a multivit, 3 omega, 2 nutricaps ( for the hair, that is really starting to fall !!) a B12, a potassium pill ( my potassium is low again). I cannot take calcium altough I should, because chewables give me nausea, and capsules are too big and I get so constipated... Have to find something I could take...
Water is a big problem too, never get enough, because I AM NEVER THIRSTY since surgery...
Usually, I got 2 cups of liquid ( my morning shake) in the morning, and 2 cups in the afternoon... sometimes I get another cup in the evening sometimes not... I know I should get at least 8 cups...but rarely drink more than 5...

On Saturday, I had some food for the first time.
Breakfast: a few spoons of Oatmeal with Benefiber
Snack: none
Lunch: Chicken Noodle Cup of Soup about 1/2 cup
Snack: none
Supper: 4 soda crackers and half of a yogourt
Snack: fruit puree cup
I have been getting only about 3 glasses of water in a day. It's hard to sip slowly and get in more when you have to stop eating a 1/2 hour before eating and after eating. Plus it takes a half hour to eat in small sips or bites.
I'm afraid to try my multivitamins I have not thrown up yet and don't want to. :)
Today I think I will try to have some cornflakes with milk to see how that goes.

Seems like you are doing great! It's been less than a week and you can eat a little, that's better than I did... For the water, I still find it difficult to drink it, partly because we have to wait before and after meal, and I was a big drinker during meals... But I never drink with meals now, and it helps feeling the restriction, so it's important... But liquids are really important in your stage, because you cannot eat much. Maybe you can try some homemade pops with juice diluted in water. That's liquid, and it is easy to take for snacks!

My meals looked like this today! One small apple,raisin,ww bread with peanut nutter. 1/2 cup of diluted oj with soya protein in it.

L-left overs consisting of one 20z bison ground beef with 1/4 italian sausage with a dab of mustard and garden greens.
S-Roasted chicken thighs with fresh rosemarie and basil with zucchini and sweet potatoe.
Snack- 10 almonds with yogurt serving
