Chewable vitamins

How soon after your surgery do you start taking the multi-vitamins again?
I was taking the chewables while on optifast, but I'm not sure when to start again.

Hey Cindy! How're you doing?

My paperwork says to start taking the chewable vitamins again on Day 2. I can't imagine it's much different between banded patients and VSG.

I was told to begin as soon as I could after surgery, but the vits gave me nausea and heartburn, so I only began at one month... i still have difficulty with chewables, I prefer taking capsules now...
