So I thought we could try and start this thread on a daily basis. I am not always on but I am sure one of my forum buddies will help this thread along. This may give newbies and awaiting folks an idea of what we eat on a daily basis. Most other forums have this so I thought since we are having more and more people joining our little support group it would be interesting to see the similarities and differences in our meal plans.
So here is mine at nine months post op:
B-protein with 1/4 cup pure orangejuice diluted to make 1/2 cup total, multivit,b-complex,magnesium,vitd,calciumcitrate
about 40min later, half wholewheat english muffin with 1oz cheese
sip on espresso with cream at the office
S-banana half most days I rarely half a morning snack.
L-3 ounce tuna w/sundried tomatoes, 3 breton ww crackers, 1/2cup v8  juice, calciumcitrate
S-2 wedges of cantaloupe, 1oz cheese, one strawberry
D-3oz pepper steak with brocolli and carrots, vits,d3,calciumcitrate,vitC w Bcomplex,
S-ten almounds
let's not forget the water, water, and more water throughout the day.
I  don't need to take iron as I no longer have periods. Right now my iron levels are good. I do take my B-12 injection once a month. I also usually try and take two protein drinks a day. Since surgery I cannot digest the whey protein so I take soya protein with oj diluted in water.
