Thanks everyone for your encouragement. I am quite fine with staying at the same weight....thanks Joel for the words of wisdom. It was 30 degrees here and I realized I needed to think more about hydration and placed some fresh trays of water for ice cubes. It was so hot that I needed to go shopping for capri's and shorts. I was waiting til the last minute to see what my summer size would be. Got a few great sales at l'équipeur and I seem to be settling in at a size 16. It still blows my mind when i stop and think about it. I am definately going to hit the stores in Québec soon. Speak to you all next week.

You must be happy to fit in size 16! Your mind blowing efforts are producing mind blowing results, ain't that great! And most L'équipeur clothes are made in Asia and are "smaller" size than, let's say, american clothes...You're on your way to size 14 very soon!!!

I am still not used to see so many clothes that are too big for me. I don't have to check sizes from the right end of clothes racks or bottom of displays anymore...It feels a bit bizarre, but I think I can deal with that!

Yeaaaaah for you Brenda! Changing Clothing size is even more exciting than scale... I am still waiting for summer clothes...I find it difficult shopping now because I am too small for Penningtons but too big for a regular 18... So don't know where to shop...What a big problem LOL !!! Like Joel said, sizes varies so much from one store to another... I have never used the fitting room as much as now!!
And it's so true Joel, it' s hard to lose the habit of looking at the larger sizes!!
