Here it's just nice, 78 and 85 with the humidity... The weather has really changed from last week!
Congrats on your loss too! I am only 0.2 less than you! Isn't it great to be in the 230's... 3.5 lbs more and I will have lost 50% of my EBW ! I don't know if I will stall at 235, because this has been my weight for a long time before the children...

Hi to all! Another crazy monday...Well I stayed at the same weight this week. All in all happy. The weather here was cold this weekend but today was beautiful. Warm and sunny. I need some warmth as I am still sleeping with my duvet comforter. I am so cold all the time. Congrats to you both for your loss! Have a nice week!

Hi everybody!
We had a wonderful weekend. I took this last saturday to inflict myself severe dehydration. I picked up dandelions (we've got thousands!) from 7:30 am to 4:00pm, with a 1 1/2 hour lunch break, and for fluid intake 2 cups of coffee and a diet iced tea ...I was advised that surgery would augment my fluid needs, but it seems I had forgotten it...I'm not known to be a big water drinker...So sunday and monday were filled with aches, fever, shivering and drowsiness...But after about two days on water, orange juice and low-cal Gatorade, I'm getting much better
Scales says that I now weigh 232.6lbs (-4.8lbs) but part of this loss is surely water that will get back in this upcoming week...We'll see next monday...
This summer, kids, get those fluids in!!!
Have a nice week! And may those Habs leave the bleachers and get back on ice!

Thanks Diane!
...And congrats for this nice loss.
Monday am, I had to stay in bed to keep my energy for work (1:00pm to 9:00pm), keeping my eyes open was an effort! And you're right about 100 pounds more; I would really like to try a backpack filled with 100 pounds, just to get a feeling similar to what I used to carry around...
