Thanks Diane,

My brain knows that 1.8lbs ain't that bad but my mind would like to get to Onederland (next major goal) way faster than my body is moving...I have to work hard to reason myself! I constantly have to put focus back on watching what I eat and move that butt ...I tend to forget that I'm 6 months out ! Thanks for your motivating comments

Have a nice week!

Congrats to all for the loss this week.

Optifast is really starting to get old. I still don't like the taste but I'm tolerating it more than at first. I noticed that I'm more sensitive to sweets too. I bought the sugar free Strawbery syrup and at first it really helped with the flavor, but now I find it way too sweet.

Also I know it's bad but I can't drink 4, some days I can't even drink 3.

I lost 4 lbs this week. And I agree with Liane I was thinking only 4 lbs this week. But I reminded myself that it's 12 lbs in 2 weeks. Not too bad.

Hi,

Very good for you, loosing every week, this is what we want to see.

My Optifast is going fine. I lost soo much in the first week (20 lbs) but nothing in week two. It was almost expected, although I would have like to see going down. This being said, I did not cheat, drink by water, eat my vegetables. I am following the program and I am proud of it.

To my "Optifasters" friend, keep up the good work.

Hi everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend I also did outside chores and had a great hike in the mountains. It was kinda of rainy but I had a great time. Congrats to everyone on their losses! and to our optifaster's keep the chin up, surgery is soon arriving and you'll start this wild ride of a journey. Remember it takes time to wrap your head around all that is happening but it is all so worth it. Try to get all the protein you can as you'll need it the first months following surgery when your body is healing. I would suggest drinking your protein before you eat your vegtables. It is so important at this stage. I know its tough but keep your eye on the prize girls.
Well enough gabbing here are my stats!
