It was definitely normal for me.  Every month I am hungrier than the last month.  I have had one big stall and it was around this same time I think.  If you are sure you are eating only 800 calories, just be patient.  I only exercise an average of 30 minutes a day, 3x a week and eat around 1,200 calories a day and lose 8 lbs a month.  So the scale will have to move again for you! 

When my weight stalls I do seem to shrink during that time (I can tell it in my clothes). So maybe that will start happening for you, too.

P.S.  Don't lose sight of how much you have already lost in such a short amount of times!  Don't be so hard on yourself and expect miracles....be content with what you have accomplished!
