It was definitely normal for me. Every month I am hungrier than the last month. I have had one big stall and it was around this same time I think. If you are sure you are eating only 800 calories, just be patient. I only exercise an average of 30 minutes a day, 3x a week and eat around 1,200 calories a day and lose 8 lbs a month. So the scale will have to move again for you!
When my weight stalls I do seem to shrink during that time (I can tell it in my clothes). So maybe that will start happening for you, too.
