It's my B-Day today!

Well guys I turned 45 today and I wanted to share with you that I also hit a mini major goal.....I wanted to be under 200lbs on my birthday and  I did it! Thanks for all of your support. Since I turned 40 I had alot of health issues so here is to taking charge and turning a new leaf. I couldn't drink a whole bottle of wine this year so my smiley will do it for me!

Happy birthday! I just turned 45 one month ago, it is harder on the mind than the body... because the body is getting younger with the surgery, but my kids keep remind me that 50 is 5 years away....But, hey, I say that I am only 5 years from 40 !!
