Great advice thank you. What is GNC? I don't understand the bottle with a spring ball in it. Do you have a picture or a link?

GNC is a supplement store, where we can buy some protein powders... There are many stores in Quebec, you can fin the adress on the site. The bottle is a normal bottle but there is a metal spring ball that you can put in it and that helps to mix the powder. See this link...

This store also carries Whey gourmet protein powder that is my favorite...You can mix with water so it's easier to digest at first, and it is low in carbs... The oreo flavor just tastes like ice cream... But that is for after the surgery...

Hmm I wonder how I'm going to manage ice at work? Our refrigerators don't have freezers ... maybe if I bring ice cubes in with me in the morning, they'd stay somewhat solid in the fridge til noon.
