My little goals...

We all have the big goal, that is the weight we want to achieve. But do you have intermediate goals, mini goals you want to achieve and what rewards are you giving yourself?  I think it's a good thing to write those down, to look at what we did and to encourage ourselves to continue...

My weight goals:
1. under 300 for surgery: achieved  reward: surgery
2. having a bmi of less than 40 ( being obese instead of morbidly obese) 255 lbs, going to achieved in the next month I hope, reward: buying new gym clothes
3. Getting to the weight I was before my first child ( 17 years ago) 230 : A week end trip, like before the kids!

4. The century club: losing 100 pounds: 220 reward: maybe a jewel, to remind me that great achievement
5. onederland ! 199 A day at the spa!
6. having a bmi of less than 30 being overweight instead of obese : 190 lbs: new glasses to fit my new face
7. achieving my " acceptable" weight 175. reward Maybe a trip to Europe, where I've never been... but I will have to save some money... maybe 10$ in a pot for each pound lost every week?
8. achieving my ideal weight 150.  I want to go shopping with a designer, to show me which clothes suit the best my new body and style. Maybe like a " metamorphose" you know, new haircut, make-up, clothes, a day for marking the change I have done...And some pictures taken by a professionel.


As for the other goals I have ( fitting in the seats of theatres, plane etc... having less medications, buying clothes in regular stores, etc...) the rewards are the goal themselves...

Aaaahhh  dreaming, dreaming......

Love this post. I'll have to work on mine. I just made a big goal. I love the idea so I'll get back to you with my list.
