Lessoned learned
Well yesterday my hubby and I decided to go for a little shopping trip. For you folks in the city well it doesn't take that far of a drive but for us country bunken folks it was a four hour trip one way. LOL. WE are used to it though so it wasn't a big deal. We got to the mall around 11 am and I was well prepared with my protien and snacks. My hubby had a craving for A&W and it doesn't bother me at all to see him eat junk food. I figure at roughly six months out I could probably eat the surlonge burger patty with the lettuce and tomatoe. I didn't touch the bun as I figured it would be too filling. I dismantled my burger (I used to think this funny when I read other posts that people did this) and ate the beef with a knife and fork. I tasted sooo good and went down fine. Small bites and slow eating. An hour later I felt I was having a 'crise de foie'. I was miserable. I had thankfully brought along my papaya enzymes and chewed on a few and carried a water bottle with me. It took me until seven pm to feel better. Lesson learned. No more A&W. I never was a big junk food eater but once and awhile while traveling it was always a quick option. I am going to have to pack my lunch from now on.

Yes I want to see those clothes!! I looove shopping and my hubby is real afraid of when I will decide to go to the mall! But I can wait for now, I have so many items that were just too tight, they will fit in a few weeks... Great for you!!
I have to confess something about the burgers... Last week, my husband brought burger king for supper, and I ate almost half the beef pattie and a few pickles and some little cubes of tomatoes, very slowly, in about 45 minutes. Guess what? I felt full, had a little nausea for a few minutes, and thats all! I don't know if it's a good or bad news that I am still able to eat junk... Well, at least part of it, not the bun, or the onions rings.... ok, I had one small onion ring! Guess my stomach is really feeling better!
I am sorry you felt sick after your burger... Do you still have your gallbladder?

No Diane, I don't have my gallbladder anymore. I just think that the burger was too fatty that is all. I had no nausea nor the sweats so I don't think it was dumping. Just stomach pain and gas. It just lasted forever. Didn't stop me from shopping though
