Plastic Surgery Coverage

I had RNY in Ontario but now I am moving back to Montreal. Does anyone know if RAMQ will cover a tummy tuck or breast lift after losing more than 100 pounds?

I know for a fact that they do cover the tummy tuck but am not 100% sure they cover the breast lift. Hopefully someone will be able to answer that one.

 Do you know where (website?) I'd find that they do cover it for sure?  

And a tummy tuck and panniculectomy are totally different.... do you think maybe they cover only the 'panni' rather than a tummy tuck?

When are you moving back to Montreal??
