Does anyone do Lap-band surgery that is covered by insurance in Quebec?

Dr. Christou's clinic at the Royal Victoria will do the lap-band. To have it covered by medicare though you have to meet some requirements and unfortunately I don't even think they are able to take in more people on waiting lists.
