Mi nombre es Wanda Y estoy en el proceso de hacerme la operacion- ya tuve mi primera cita con el doctor,con el schylogist,la nutricionista y todo se esta moviendo tan rapido que me da un poco de miedo. Por ejemplo nosotros los puertorriquenos comemos arroz todos los diaz y me preocupa el que vay a tener la tentacion de comerlo de nuevo. Una pregunta si no te molesta. Que puedo uno comer por ejemplo como desayuno? Aprecio toda la informacion y ayuda que puedo darme. Muchas Gracias, Wanda.

No se si aun hay personas que visitan este forum, lastima que lo encontre tarde. Yo tambien soy de Puerto Rico, nacida en Rio Piedras, pero criada en los E.U. Mi crie en Los Angeles, California, pero hacen 16 anos que vivo en Nueva Jersey. Estoy considerando hacerme la cirugia pero no se si sere elegible ya que mi BMI es solamente de 37.9. No se si padezco de diabetes o alta presion hasta que me haga los analisis necesarios.
El seminario esta pautado para el sabado, 12 de mayo y hasta la fecha, de las siete personas con quien he hablado de esto, solamente han habido 2 que me dieron palabras de apoyo. Es curioso notar que las dos personas que me respaldan son dos que una vez fueron tambien obesas. Mi hermana perdio 100 libras, pero fue por otros medios (que a mi no me funciono). Ella esta totalmente de acuerdo que me haga la cirugia, y mi colega que tambien era obesa y se hizo la cirugia, me dijo que si yo quiero ella va conmigo para el seminario.

Por que no vas a tu medico y le explicas lo que te esta pasando con el pelo? Yo pienso hacerme la cirugia, si es que soy elegible, y una cosa que no necesito es que se me siga cayendo el pelo, pues desde que tuve a mis tres hijos, se me ha caido bastante el pelo.

Topic: Come Mingle Friday Evening May 4th in Orlando, FL.
I have secured the "Moon Terrace" on the 9th floor of the Castle! For the Friday evening "Meet & Greet" at The Doubletree Hotel, also the same location of the 2007 Florida OH Conference. From 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
If you get into Orlando early before Saturday morning, please come by to see old friends and make new ones. Fajita's and assorted Cheeses will be available starting at 6:30 PM till they run out. Plus plenty of Iced water, which we're hoping to get some of the "To Go Packet" Flavoring companies to send us their newest flavors.
We were able to secure a block of rooms at the Best Western Plaza Hotel right across the street from the Doubletree Castle for the May 5th Orlando OH conference. $45.00 for a standard room and $59.00 for a suite plus tax of course. In order to get these rates you must use reservation code G/OH/IND and call 800-654-7160. And ask to talk with Ms.Zela Dykes. They will only hold these rates until April. 19th. Plus right now the conference fee is only $20.00, in Advance. $35.00 at the Door. What a deal!!!!
Rooms at the Doubletree Castle Hotel start at $149.00 and up per night.
