My weekend is going to be spent studying for a class for work. And with luck, I'll finish the Service Design book this weekend and start the next one in the series.

Good Morning Ann.....and everyone else this wonderful weekend... I am here as well and only found out about our "invasion" as an after fact.. I have been busy holding new babies and spending time with Jon and Chami...(at least now it is a time of Celebration...and not panic...) We were/are in the middle of a complete remodel...it is so hard ...so much of the stuff I CAN do...but only after some major stuff is done...I can tape and mud walls... but not untill the drywall is hung ...we tore 2 brick walls (one with a fireplace in it ) out...so now we are looking at one BIG room...I love the open floor plan...have a tendancy to feel closterphobic in small little rooms...We have to finish removing the old flooring...carpet is out of living room (now going to be dining area...) we removed most of the ceramic tile out of the kitchen...and now are in the process of removing parcay flooring out of what was the dining room (now going to be the living room area...) We will be installing wood floors thru-out I have helped with this...but certainly can't do it by myself... We have put in a new back door..(got rid of an old 8ft sliding door...can we say UGLY) and put up the wall to cut off the area for the Laundry room...the old laundry was in the kitchen...(and not even behind doors..)when we get done it will be great...but WHEN, OH WHEN...WILL WE EVER GET DONE!!!! We need to be able to spend the time and money HERE....but you know how that goes...(our personal stuff always gets left for last) So today...hubby is off working somewhere else...and I am TRYING to find my sewing room...I am going to start a part time sewing business...(I have had soooooo many people begging me to do this...) and need to be able to find my supplies...from what everyone is telling me...I could make good money...from the prices that they are paying out...I really NEED to get this going...I really could use some extra money...money that I could use to get this house in order...right now I am Sick of living with all the Dust.... I eat way to much of it... tomorrow ... it is supposed to be great weather and nice temps all week hope everyone has a great week...

when we first bought this house, jewel colors were hot, so we put in the top of the line carpet, in green/teal in our living room and decorated with plaids and the lodge look... and our dining room had rasberry carpets... that didn't last long, and the $ we investing in great carpeting wasn't taken advantage off. I have gone through 4 diff looks... I am always doing something, because of the wear and tear with daycare, I tore out all the carpets and have hardwood throughout. Now I have black leather, burgandy wallpaper halfway and cream with gold curtains and grapevine accents. The only thing I am not happy with is we have the brass/gold fireplace glass. My diningroom is my daycare room, and the kitchen has a table, but it doesn't accomodate all of us at one time, and the only time I can entertain is when I can use the patio. So blowing out the kitchen is something that drives me nuts. I feed my family, and 6 youngings so we do what we can, but oh what I would give for a Waltons style farmers table and the kitchen to fit it! Dang! With what you have for furniture, you have alot of options!

Unless his practice was located in Antarctica, there is really is no excuse for such a pathetically low follow-up rate. WITH ANY SURGERY, if there is an outrageously low follow-up rate, we COULD say: *there's something wrong with the procedure. But then, ALL the surgeons doing that procedure would have the same follow up rate. *there's something wrong with this non-compliant patient demographic. But then, how did ONE surgeon get all the stupid people who didn't follow-up and who didn't follow instructions? *there's something wrong about the surgeon. YOU choose. Sue

Yes, they were unhealthy in that their labs were all wonky - meaning they were at unhealthy levels due to not taking their vitamins....as far as I know, based on all I read, they still lost weight, just were at unhealthy levels with bloodwork

Interesting! This is NOT a loaded, critical or anything else question - a genuine desire to know! If DSers are "not compliant" I assume that means that they may not be healthy as they are not taking vitamins etc.. But because of the way I understand the DS works, i assumed you woudl still lose weight. Isn't that the case? Kate
