Topic: Exciting day, here? What sounds good!
Hope everyone, is ok, after what seems to have been a tumultuous, day here, on the Island! I'm sticking here, on the Island, but will stay out of the "Rants!" I want everyone to get along, but, it's obvious that won't happen. I still love the Island! I know how to "Ignore," now!
B: gr tea, V-8, 2 egg, cheese omlette, 2 turkey links
L: my last South beach wraps, chicken Caeser, and it was yummy!
D: 1 lean thin pork chop, wax beans, a little cauliflower, and a little, 1/4 cup, scalloped pot.
S: 100 cal cinnamon, Girl Scout cookies!

Angie, I'm so glad to hear all is well! Welcome, back! Cassandra, I don't think will be back, she has been ill, and having a hard time, hon! I still mail her, it's hard for her to type. I miss her, so!~
