Topic: Restriction for us vets.....
Do you find the longer out you are that restriction seems to be a moving target? I know so many factors go into restriction but lately I have been really tight. I tried to eat wheat chex yesterday morning and that was a no-go....ended up spitting for a bit and coughed up some saliva, no food just the alien blob that was living in my chest.
Today I licked the spoon off banana bread I was making and I've been spitting for 2 hours. I haven't had a fill since early February....do you think I'm the result of a fill kicking in weeks later?
I go back to my dr on friday, I'm sure I'll be loosened up by Tues or Wed....it just seems like it's loose/tight/loose tight.
I certainly don't need a fill, I know that....if I got one I bet I won't be able to drink or eat!
Thanks everyone...enjoy your day......

Aw, Frances, my band sister. I am offering up prayers for you once again. I hope that the band removal will give you the relief you so desperately need. You have our never-ending support in whatever you decide after that. We are blessed to call you "friend."

I will accept that I am FORTUNATE not to read the crap I am hearing about, and don't need the emails - ugh. What a waste of time - makes me wonder what some people are like in their real life. I work with all men and rarely does anyone swear around me. Sheesh. I do take things personally and I did here - I am over it now..
The shower was lovely, and I still need to upload the photos. When I do, I will post all the details.

I turned 53 on the first - OMG I actually admitted that! Ha! I also still have goals and live comfortably in a 16 and some 14's. I am more focused on overall health at the moment, and keeping my job as there are so many layoffs happening my my company. I am so with you on #4 and #5 - it is all about life.

I'm not angry with you Chelle, I just refuse to be passive. I was not pissed at you and you unfortunately/fortunately missed the thread that became so vile with profanity and exotic uses for gardening untesils that it was pulled. If you want I can forward you about 18 emails to get you partially up to speed... I am glad you had a wonderful time at the baby shower. I mean, come on, even Anita got served... you had the lets make nice post and then the poopie hit the fan

That is cool news about Nathan, and I have such respect for anyone who goes back to school.
I'm doing good, just working a lot and playing even more. Have been rather naughty on my eating and lazy on my exercise due to the cold that simply won't give up, but I am refocusing a bit at a time and will get there.
I went to Ireland for business a few weeks ago and totally fell in love with the country. How can we in America understand world history when we've never climbed the steps up the castle? Wow I want to go back!
