Honey, I thought you were able to get your hiatal hernia repaired and hopefully save your band?
The VSG board is a wonderful support group and they will give you tons of info. I know 4 bandsters that got the VSG, so if you want their names, I can tell you who they are!

Ok, I'm not a vet, but I am just here to say AMEN. I suspected I was a bit tight before I got sick, but now with the unfill I KNOW I was. I'm just keeping track of the calories and will go back for a bit of a fill on the 17th because I can eat a little more at one time than I'd like to-but I DO want to be able to eat squash and tomatoes an cucumbers. That doesn't seem too much to ask, and if it means staying completely away from JUNK, I'm all for it. Being to tight to eat anything but a small tin of smashed tuna is no fun.

That is cool that you are ready to move forward though. You will just have to hang out with them and us as well. I hope this works out perfectly for you.

I am a "real" Islander, I welcome all vet bandsters to my beautiful Island...I learn a lot from them all and will be posting in Sept. when I am one year out, I don't post alot anyway, am more of a "lurker"...I know I am welcome to post anytime but really enjoy all the company that is visiting here.
I check the NB board as well so I keep up on the "Dr.B "news

My mom had a ball last night. I called her around noon and you know what she said? She was just getting up. She and my sister were at the casino until 5 AM playing the penny slots!
