I just read not more than 2 seconds ago an email that says she is fine just really, really busy with her Master's program.
Topic: Where has Bridget gone?
She seemed to have fallen off the board. Anyone know how she's doing?

Your support is always appreciated Sharon! I bought Hoffman's this week because the store was out of ballpark. I buy what the kids like. I did see that Ball Park had turkey ones, I bought them, opened them so my DD could have one and then I never tried one myself! I threw them out. I'll have to try them again sometime.

I wish I could be there with you, you have done all you can, if it happens that you have your band removed, you might be pleasantly relieved. With every compliance you have gone through, I pray the doc's words are like prophecy for your life. I want you well and happy. Thanks to you, we will alway have our butt shots!!

Hi Kate,
There is no other breakfast, is there?
You know, I don't count calories or nutrients, but I do still focus on the protein first and taking all my vitamins and whatever I am doing, it is working. I just got my labs back - my protein level is 7.9 (the patient advocate was raving about my protein level!) and my cholesterol level is awesome.
The only maybe negative (if I am reading it right) is my vitamin D is slightly low. Hmmmm, the "sunshine vitamin" low during the winter on someone who lives in Seattle......
Take care,
Vicki

Get some proctofoam or analpram! the prescription topical meds work FAR FAR better than the OTC stuff!

Aw, Frances! No one has fought the good fight better than you. I wish you total peace from your health hell. You deserve no less. Please keep us posted on the findings.

I know there is a surgical procedure to remove them (my mother had it done years ago). It sounds like you might be at that point since you have had them for several months. Mine always seemed to flare up in relation to my hormone levels. I don't know of anything over-the-counter that will truly work. I'd get a referral to a specialist at this point. I wish you the best.
