Good Evening Everyone! I didn't do any better today with my eating.....so here it goes...oh yeah Sharon...Smartfood is a cheddar coated popcorn...deelish, but kernels are very big...sometimes trouble.

lunch ~ 1 chicken finger...chinese was fightning me today...I gave in
dinner ~ baked onion petals
my grazefest ~ popcorn, dove chocolate..too much again, cappuccino and possibly
still more...couple hours of tv left for the night....in my defense (not an excuse)...worried about my Mom, she goes for major surgery nest week......I'm 43, so she's not a spring chicken anymore........

I am bound and determined to simply kill 'em with kindness. It actually gives me great pleasure to turn the other cheek, and demonstrate a different way to interact with people on a message board. But, I sure do appreciate those of you who make the reading more interesting, LOL.
I switched out my avatar when my daughter say the torso one, and said, "Gee, Mom, showing off much? LOL Hey, I *was* showing off...to the DS'ers who were claiming that "lapbanders don't get to goal". The point was made, and now I'm off to my "happy place". There's no place like "oohhm".
And darlin' you are one gorgeous chick, and a real inspiration, too!

This one hurt like crazy - I jerked around so much that he said it was getting very difficult to hit a moving target. I am very happy with it, and can't wait til the swelling goes down.

It hurt like crazy!!! After 2 previous marriages - and almost 12 years in this one, I am just so thankful to have met this man. AND the guy at work who has been flirting with me really backed off when I showed my ankle! I adore my hubby.

That was funny. I am so proud of my fellow bandsters who are diplomatic and even keel. I have already broken my own rule and bullied back at the bullies and said what I was thinking. Your pic on that forum is just amazing. You are a real inspiration.
