No point in my naming brands as ours will be different, but I agree that getting something from the doc is going to be more effective than an OTC drug. I used to get them badly (don't now, not weight related as stopped before I lost any, don't know why!) and the OTC meds never had any real effect.

The only thing I regret about this board is that we don't have signatures. We are all vets and so have all got success stories but we don't know always what they are. And as I dropped out of the main LB board ages ago, I am out of touch. Anyone fancy sharing? Here's mine!

Vicki, are you sure you have all this right? We have it on excellent authority that the band doesn't work!!!
Fantastic results, haven't had any tests recently but hope mine may be even nearly as good.

By the way, it is so great to be communicating with you again - I missed you when I left the LB board - even though you were consistently rude to me!!!!! (Don't get upset, anyone else reading this - F and I had our own discourse about being British.)
