How wonderful, hon! You have MORE than officially arrived! ha it is SO fantastic, to look, better, and feel better at the same time! Mine wasn't so much for the looks, but my band sure gave me my life, back, as far as health! You are for sure, the poster child, for the band!

Topic: RE: The basic flaw with OH's R&R board
She always is in the middle of some flare up on the board for one. When OH started a R&R forum we all knew it would be like a moth to a flame...then she always sounds like herself and switches I.D.s all the time, but is not smart enough to make up a different state or keep track of what she says about herself. I dont know why like Nancy says she just doesnt come back as Dee. I would have way more respect for her if she did. But I would avoid her like the plague because she manipulates here to get some kind of payback emotionally and cant stay away.
Topic: RE: Ok, Bandster's, soups, on!
Yep, Arianna, it is bitter cold here! And that is just what we're having today! Homemade beef veggie soup! Alway****s the spot! Have a good one, hon!
Topic: RE: Surgery cancelled: Band stays put
Frances I imagine there is nothing more frustrating then not having an answer to a medical issue while suffering underneath it. Then on top of that you have an active little angel and a husband that is recovering from his health issues. I feel for you I really do. But I know you will look for the silver lining in this cloud, cause you are Frances. I hope they figure out what the problem is very very soon.

Sorry, it's so cold there, hon! it's -5, with a wind chill, of -20, -30! Lovely day! ha
Sure hope you're feeling much better, today, karen! Keep warm!

Kate thats awesome! You have done very well. I would have a hard time staying away from the pastries where you live...lol.
day before surgery 240
current 155
Goal 150 but I will probably adjust it to 145ish
In the last 10lbs I have dropped two bra sizes. And my new bra is loose. This is after dropinng about 70lbs without much change in that area. Its so strange how our bodies decide where we are going to lose it.
I might buy my 3rd bra size in 2 months today. Thats just one area that needs to fit right...lol. The pants can be loose, but you get what Im sayin...
