Love the positive attitude. I don't want to be too rigid either, but until I get back on track, I think I need to be (I'm talking a week or two). Then lapband life w/ all it's benefits as usual!!

Enjoy exercising! I have my recumbent bike in my den. We don't have much room for anything else besides that and Steve's weights.

Today was another bad day - I pbed again! This time at ihop with my childre...
Breakfast: coffee with milk
Followed by part of a senior cheese omelet - followed by spending the rest of the meal in the ladies room sliming and pbing.
Lunch: a little bit of wonton soup
Dinner: just a crab cake
If I don't lose weight this week I don't know when I will!

I hate that we can't edit our posts...
I am sure that the hernia, reflux, bladder problems etc. would make anyone depressed. When they fix the hernia and your band is working again many of those problems will go away. We're here for you whenever you need us! We love you! 
P.S. I know that you will take off all of the weight as soon as you are back to eating solid protein. It will make all the difference in the world.

My daughter Heather takes Lyrica for her diabetic neurapathy. She has no problems with it at all - not a single side effect. I helps her and I hope it will help you. She took neurontin for a short time and it didn't help and she couldn't tolerate it either. I think that it might have taken a week or two for the lyrica to really help. It makes a huge difference for her.
