you could also substitute apple sauce for the pumpkin....I've baked lots of stuff this way and it makes everything moist and tasty. Anita

Amy... I am so happy to hear that all is well ... I have been thinking of you often...It does sound like you went thru a time...but happily now she and you can spend lots of time together...(there is nothing like the Mommy and baby time...) I am sitting here at Sonda's...with my newest...she is a cutie...but not nearly as much hair as Hannah... Elliott Grace is a carbon copy of her Mommy...(at least I think so...) Babies are really God's GREATEST miracle... Congratulations....a job WELL DONE...
