Hi gang! I have a few containers of protein powders that I'm not going to use, so I thought I might post them here if anyone might be interested in saving a little on them, plus saving on the shipping from the States. I have the following:
2 - Unjury Chicken Soup. I container is opened and 2 scoops taken out. Regular $22.95 on the Unjury site, I'd like $15 each
3 - Unjury Unflavored. I container opened (I needed the scoop) Regular price $20,95 on the Unjury site, $15 each and will throw in another half container.
1 - Syntrax Nectar Roadside Lemonade. Opened with 1 scoop used. Regular price $44.95 online. $25
1 - Carribbean Cooler. Unopened. Regular price $44.95 online, $25

Hey guys & gals...a group of us on PEI like to get together every couple of months and have a coffee togather...so Dec is our next meeting...haven't set the date yet, but just wanted to extend the open invitation to anyone who is new to the site...I have sent personal invites to the regulars, but if you want more info, send me a private message....
Merry Christmas....

Hi everyone...just putting a post out there seeing if anyone knows anyone that could use a few pairs of black dress pants that are almost NEW...size 28 Penningtons...worn just 1-2 times pre-surgery...and now they are way too big...not a lot of options over here as to where to give them...so I thought I would first offer them up to someone and then drop off to V Village if I have no takers.....I also have some blouses and 6-7 pairs of capri summer pants sizes 26-28...all in excellent condition..2 still have tags on them and yet they are too big..Ooops...
Let me know if anyone knows anyone...I can meet them here in Charlottetown....

Both WLS sleevers and rnyer should take cal citrate, not carbonate. Just use the search engine here and ask the citrate vs carbonate question for yourself. Good luck!
I forgot to ask last night, why does the calcium have to be chewable?
