Introduced myself on the VSG board

Today I made an intoductory post on the VSG board just to feel my way around. I am kind of sad at this stage. I feel like I need to move on, but there is so much I want to take with me. You guys.

Awww....it's been a tough road for you, but regardless of what board you're on or what surgery you have, we'll always be here for you. We're all in for the long haul - This is, no doubt, a lifetime struggle!

Whatever it takes, Phyllis, you will always be one of us and welcome here.

That is cool that you are ready to move forward though. You will just have to hang out with them and us as well. I hope this works out perfectly for you.

Honey, I thought you were able to get your hiatal hernia repaired and hopefully save your band? The VSG board is a wonderful support group and they will give you tons of info. I know 4 bandsters that got the VSG, so if you want their names, I can tell you who they are!

There is a possibilty that I will keep my band, but it is looking more like I will go with the sleeve. Since I am having surgery anyway, I would rather not take chance on the band not working even after it is repositioned. I have had to struggle to lose the 50 lbs that I did and I am a little weary now. Thanks, I will pm you for the names.

Thanks so much for your support and kindness. I am getting very sleepy now so I will say nighty night, go take a hot bath and try to get a good nights sleep.
