Sunday dinner??
For breakfast I had a WW double chocolate muffin (too dry for me) and coffee. Then I had some cantaloupe and half an apple with lf caramel dip. I just tasted my BBQ pulled pork (OMG...I did a goooood job!), but am not hungry so I'm stopping there. Oh...I did nibble on the caprese salad left over from my dinner. I'm learning that I don't have to eat what the family eats. I made shrimp scampi with SW veggie brown rice. But it wasn't what I wanted. I wanted caprese salad, so that's what I had. I made the pork and may eat it, or may not. Got a ton of fruit...that sounds pretty good too!
At the moment, maintaining. No exercise = no loss! lol But it's okay. I LOVE the fact that I'm not gaining. I did learn that eating fewer than 1000 calories is not a good idea. My poor metabolism feels like it's stuck in a revolving door; therefore, I'm giving it a break and eating normally. This is a first. lol
had a bowl of corn flakes with banana for breakfast
lunch was cheese and crackers with the last half of my yummy avocado
not sure about dinner....may go to a friend's house....if not then I'll have chicken and salad here...maybe a small baked yam if I'm hungry
lots of fluids, a nice fresh orange and maybe a sf ice pop
