OT - please remember my friend in your prayers

Anita, I will be sending love and prayers his way for a full and complete recovery. I will never understand why the best people on this planet are faced with the most horrific ordeals. Sidenote....I am guessing you had your children starting at the age of 10 or so? Cuz, sweetie, you are in your 40's at the MOST! You are one hot chick with a beautiful heart and soul.

Thanks Chelle......prayers are always appreciated and you're right about the best people being faced with terrible ordeals...it just isn't fair. As to my age....yeah, I'm really 42, but I generally don't tell people cause then they'll know that I was so promisciuos at a young age and had my kids starting at age 5....so I've resorted to lying and telling people that I"m 62 just so they won't think I was a **** Thanks for the compliments......I need all the emotional support I can get right now....I just looked in the mirror and I have no make up on and my hair still looks like it was combed with an egg-beater...........

Anita...I'm so sorry for your friend and his struggles with this. I'll be praying/sending healing thoughts/etc. As for you being a ****ahem, I do think 5 IS a bit young for such antics...even here in Arkansas!

Okay, I was 7............I'm just trying to hold on to my "youth" How are you? One of these days we gotta catch up.I know you're in school and all that, and I've been crazy trying to get my business up and running, but we both need to stop and smell the roses........although I prefer carnations. How's the sleeve working for you? I read somewhere that you're cool at a 16...that's good....I've been feeling pretty much at peace with being between a 12 and 14.....although after this winter I'm more 14+....but going back to the gym will get me back down there. We'll talk soon....and most importantly, thanks for the prayers for my friend...I've been in the dumps over it since I saw him.

Thanks Nancy.....terrifying is truly the word.......I just feel helpless for him and his family. They are such good people and I care so much about them.

Oh, Anita! how awful! Of course, I'll put him, on my prayer list, and will have my "church ladies," pray for him, too! I'll give it to them, Wednesday! I'm an 8 yr lung cancer survivor, so, I know God will hear us! Keep us posted, hon!
