Another LONG day, hope you all had a good one! B: gr tea, V-8 2 over easy, 2 turkey links L: South beach, Sesame Chicken, wraps, and jelloSF D: Italian Talapia, corn, w/roasted red peppers, and a little of twice baked pot, w/LF sour cream, and chives S: SF vanilla pudding WATER! Hello sweetie! Oatmeal with the blue things, skinny cinnamon latte lunch with hubby, chile relleno (so hooked on those, and I don't want to know the calorie count!) Fiber One bar Dinner will be turkey burgers with light swiss, sauteed mushrooms and shallots (making this one up). Since we don't do fries, I think I'll slice up some cucumbers with sea salt and some grape tomatoes. I WAS going to buy some sliced canteloupe, but it was $6.79. I guess it's too early for melons.

It has been an awful day. I am just fighting and fighting with my band right now and my band is winning. I just don't know why I am doing the things I am doing. Anyway, B: coffee L: two bites of a cheeseburger (PBed) D: tried mash potatoes (Hey, I'm hungry but trying to take it easy) PBed that too...UGH! In a little bit I am going to attempt a glass of milk and maybe some really watered down cream of wheat. What is wrong with me? I am calling the doctor in the morning. I have lived with this fill for months and it is not working for me - I am too tight and I haven't lost an ounce. I can't try to make this work anymore. I need a little bit of an unfill. I should have never gotten a fill in the first place. Sorry for the vent on your thread Sharon.

Hey Sharon....Hope your day is ok....I know it's been a long one! B: W/C oatmeal L: Swiss cheese and onion Omelette D: L/F Mozz. String cheese, some pretzel snaps, and a glass of OJ.... Have a cold and can't taste much....so why bother? Lotsa water!!

HI Sharon! B: Fiber One cereal mixed w/Activia yogurt L: can of chicken w/mayo / 4 fritos S: peanuts D: 1 piece of fish (size of deck of cards) / herbed corn / 1 small spoon of mashed potatoes I came home and took some MOM for my "bathroom issues"....not sure if it's going to work. I drank a ton of water today and more to come. I had 16 ounces of coffee and 80 ounces of water so far. I just need to be better about drinking it! Have a good night.

Feeling blah today. Starbucks for breakfast 1/2 my honey chicken at lunch and the other half for dinner Banana Nut muffin water

Not much is on the menu today, Sharon. I had a somewhat hectic day that was a wee bit stressful (nothing serious, just trying to do too much) so didn't get my fluids in and my band decided to tighten down on me. So: B: skinny cinnamon dolce latte S: skinny cinnamon dolce latte L: nothing - just forgot to eat since I was busy D: egg flower soup and a couple bites of teriyaki chicken - nothing more was going in!
