Wow Sharon, you are certainly dealing with a lot. You and Michael are in my thoughts and prayers. I do hope the adult daycare works and is an option for you. My SIL is the nurse manager for an adult daycare. It takes a special person to deal with all of that and I know you are that special person. (((hugs)))

Geez, Sharon, with your positive attitude, you'd never know that anything was going on in your life that wasn't perfect. That sounds like a lot to deal with.... I'll definitely keep you both in my prayers (actually, you're already there but I'll up the ante!!) Stay positive....it's such an important factor in healthcare!

Thank you Ann! You're such a sweetheart! We all have to take what is dealt to us, and do the best we can, with it! I have SO many Blessings, in my life, also! All of my illnesses, and this, have made me stronger, for sure!

Sharon, my thoughts and best wishes are with you and your husband. I know how stressful it is to be a full time caretaker and try to squeeze in some time for self. It is a 24 7 job. Day care is great and I think he may enjoy it once he gets used to the new routine. You need time and space for yourself so that you can continue to take care of him. There comes a point where you just can't do it alone anymore.
