Need prayers, and good thoughts........

I took Michael, to his Neurologist, yesterday, and I knew he had failed since his last visit. He has been on straight VA free medical, but in July, I'm having him go on Medicare, to help with costs, and services. He will be able to have VNA, come into our home, for therapy, for is left side, he is SO rigid, and clumsy. He hasn't had a stroke, it is just the result of his illness. She upped his anxiety med, but can't up the rest, anymore. He finally agreed, to go to a daycare, with me with him, of course, and see what activities they have, and do some memory exercises. I've tried to keep his mind moving, but he won't cooperate. So, if I can get him out of the house, more, this spring, and summer, we feel it will at least make him feel better! Of course, we also, know they are, temporary, solutions, but we have to do what we can, to help him! He is SO bullheaded! So....please say a prayer for him, or give your good thoughts, as it will be very miuch appreciated!

Sharon, That must be so hard for you. I don't know how I would do faced with that challenge. You always keep such a good attitude, and I'm sure that you're screaming on the inside at times. Yes, it would probably be good to get him out and change up his routine, and give YOU a break. He's probably frustrated too.

You hit it right on, hon! We were in this apartment, (be it very large), for 3 weeks, because of weather, and I almost didn't make it!

Here's hoping that he'll totally surpise himself by ENJOYING it!
