D: 2 small crab cakes(Vicki's), tossed salad, w/ Free Ranch dressing! Yummy!
S: SF peaches, 2 SF cookies!

Last week was great for me....went to visit my Mom for the weekend and I like to ensure that she eats well.....so it's always a struggle. A trade off.... but she's always taken great pride and care inherself so it wasnt' too bad, but not where I wanted to be after such a great week.
So...I'm tossing out the weekend and starting new!
B: Coffee, weight control oatmeal
L: Salad, leftover queisadilla from weekend damage.....
D: Crab meat salad ( a little lite mayo)
S: Cheese stick....
It's still early.....I'm hungry and want to run to bed and hide....but I'm going to try to tough it out!!

HI Sharon.....fortunately everyone is well in my house. The weather was so beautiful today, I went for a walk at lunchtime. I love the alone time.
B: steel cut oatmeal w/nat pb. I am measuring 1 cup and boy does this hold me over!
L: can of chicken w/1 1/2 TBSP of mayo and hot sauce / few fritos
D: corned beef, macaroni, onion, cheese recipe...trying it for the first time.
Probably a snack a later as usual, we'll see. I'm doing better not eating between meals so much (grazing).

Oh, Nancy, I feel for you. The cough finally caught up w/ me of Friday. It's actually embarassing!! I hope your dr. gives you some relaxing cough medicine to control the cough....My personal fav is Phenergan w/ codeine....not so much to be taken during the day but what a great nights sleep, which is usually long overdue after going to the Dr!
Today was a pretty good day here on Long Island. Tomorrow is supposed to go up to the 50's.
Breakfast: hot tea with lemon, tuna salad with 4 wheatable crackers
Lunch: white meat turkey breast & a few bites of macaroni salad
Dinner: crab cake, 1/2 c of white rice, steamed green peas with peartl onions
jello sugar free chocolate pudding
